The financial support offered by the USAAGB, UAAGB and the PAGB, via the Global Gold Monetary Fund (“GGMF“), will take the form of either:
- Gold Certificates; or,
- Gold Units (“GU”).
The financial support will be injected as share capital into the bank and will be subject to the terms and conditions as contained in the Constitution of the USAAGB.
